Senior HR leader partnering across Northeast Operations and Corporate Functions for a ~$5B construction organization with approximately 3,500 employees nationally. Lead people strategy across a portfolio of ~800 employees and ~130 people leaders, enabling business performance through workforce planning, leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.

Regional HR leader supporting West Coast operations across a portfolio of ~250 employees and ~40 people leaders. Partnered with operational leadership to drive workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, employee experience, and organizational performance across a complex and growing business.

Supported talent acquisition and workforce onboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and new hire integration, ensuring a positive employee experience and adherence to regulatory requirements.

American Tower Corporation
Project Specialist

Supported end-to-end new tower development activities by coordinating environmental due diligence (NEPA, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and SHPO reviews) in partnership with project management teams to ensure regulatory compliance and project readiness.

 

Partnered with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate title procurement, easements, and project closeout documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of land acquisition and development requirements.

 

Facilitated coordination between contractors and field operations teams by managing construction site walks and dispatch workflows through internal ticketing systems, improving field execution alignment and project tracking efficiency.

 

Managed centralized project documentation workflows, including intake, audit, and archival of development records within enterprise systems (OASIS), ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accessibility across stakeholders.
