About Me
My Background
TRUST is the foundation of my efforts and from that starting point, great things manifest. As an HR Professional, I work closely with leaders, managers and employees across all levels of the organization to reinforce a culture of inclusion, active caring, world class listening, innovation, collaboration, career development, high performance and employee engagement.
From a young age, I’ve always had a sense of motivation and passion driving me forward. Whether it’s learning additional skills, or meeting new people, I bring these values to every experience throughout my life on a personal and professional level.

I am passionate about people. I hear you, I feel you, and I see you exactly where you are and partner on a path towards greatness using performance management tools and resources to help you bring your best self to work.

No egos, simply facts, fairness and core value based recommendations.

Brandy N. Jenkins
I am always fair, compassionate and solution driven. I believe in authenticity and cannot work without it. My non-negotiables are integrity and accountability.

I believe life experiences coupled with learning shapes us into WHO we are. Never judgements, simply real talk with real people.
Perfection is not the desired outcome. Show respect at all times, provide clarity and check in along the way, maybe then the desired outcome and shared goal will be reached with satisfaction.
Give it a try!

this is me being vulnerable...
My Myers Briggs assessment is ISFJ also known as the practical helper.

I am quiet by nature, a bona-fide introvert and enjoy 1:1 conversations with people. In group settings you will see my introversion first hand. However, I will respectfully provide my opinion when asked and/or needed on the spot, though time allows me to provide a more thoughtful response.
